Matcha Set Mist including Whisk Green Tea

The focal point of our "Fog" tea ceremony set is the blue and red matcha bowl with its deliberately irregular shape and wavy rim.

This cool color creates an interesting contrast to the light green, hot matcha.

The relatively large bowl has a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 8 cm.

With a volume of approximately 435 ml, the bowl offers enough space to whip the matcha tea into a nice froth.

Each matcha bowl is unique in color and shape.

The handmade individual pieces may differ slightly in color and structure from the photos.

This traditional, beautifully shaped matcha bowl  was elaborately handcrafted in a classic design and is characterized by its deliberately irregular shape and wavy edge.

The thick, glossy blue glaze underlines and contrasts the intense green of the matcha tea.

The bowl tapers slightly at the top so that the matcha doesn't splash when whisked.

The set includes a matcha whisk made of white bamboo, also called a chasen, an indispensable accessory for preparing matcha tea.

He has 80 bristles and allows you to whip the matcha tea into a firm and attractive foam.

The porcelain whisk holder (Japanese: "Chasentate") in the same design as the matcha bowl extends the life of the matcha whisk by allowing the bristles to dry quickly and particularly well thanks to even ventilation.

After use, simply rinse the bamboo whisk with lukewarm water and place it on the holder with the bristles facing down. The holder's special shape ensures that the bristles are protected and retain their shape longer.

The set is rounded off by the included matcha spoon “Chashaku”.

It is the traditional tool for taking the correct amount of matcha powder from the container.
